AFTER BREAKUP : How To Handle Yourself ?

It has become very common these days love or breakup. On a daily basis a new love happens while an old heart  has  broken.In this article you will get to know some of the tips that after breakup how you can handle yourself.

(1) Think positive:-
Everything happens for a reason, and there must be a good reason for your breakup. Well yes it can be because maybe that person was not for you,and some other one is waiting to come in your life.So be happy for what you have and not for what you have lost.
(2) Ups and downs:-
Without hurdles we will not be able to solve them. Similarly, everything can't go smooth in life, ups and downs come and you have to overcome them.For an example in a business profit and loss both occurs, but it does not mean the business man closes the business .He will find a way to gain profit again. So you just think that person was your mistake and try to forget it.

(3) Delete your memories:-
First thing make yourself strong and delete all the stuff which make you memories of your EX such as :- pics,videos,chats,messages etc.Throw out the gifts you both shared, block him/her from social media .Ultimately close the chapter and start a new page of a new chapter by smiling and by blessing yourself. Until you will delete the old you cant get the new.

(4) Make yourself busy :-
That person who cheated you or whatever the reason for your breakup. After breakup don't curse yourself anymore instead of this get busy with your family who loves unconditionally to you. Spend time with them , help them in their work and you will realize how fast time will be gone. Initially it would be hard, but later you will feel better and relaxed after doing this.Spend time with your friends , go on outings it will refresh your mind.Do what you like i.e dancing , singing , playing etc start exploring your hobbies.Like this for sure you will forget all the bad memories and will be able to make new ones.

You can't judge people only by comparing  one person's mistake.
"WHAT HAPPENED WAS BAD BUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN IS IN YOUR HAND" .
Experiences makes you stronger , so stay positive and know your strength what you can do.
