(1.) DRINK LOT OF WATER :-
- Yes, drinking water can lead to a fit and slim body .Now you must be thinking how? Well everyone know this that you should drink a lot of water but what’s the correct time of drinking water? The right time for drinking water is in the morning; drink as much water as you can in morning. Drink water whole day, don’t drink after eating. Wait for approximately 30 minutes which is the minimum time and then drink water.
- Avoid cold water completely, if you really want to lose weight then just forget cold water and start drinking warm water .It is not possible to boil the water first and then drink, so what else you can do is just boil water and fill it in thermals and keep it with you always .As we go outside for work or whatever the reason keep it with you and drink only that. Warm water slowly reduces the extra fat of the body hence; it helps out to lose weight fast.
- Never drink water after having meal; yes the biggest thing you have to do is leave drinking water after eating instead, drink water before 30 minutes of having meal.
- Drink a lot of water so that you will feel less hungry and it will help you to lose weight fast.
(2.) NEVER SAY GOODBYE TO FOOD :-
- Almost 90% people have myth that if they start dieting then it could lose their weight fast which is completely wrong. Yes you have to eat less but don’t leave food.
- Say no to junk food, oily food, overnight snacks etc. In short don’t eat fat and oil. If you have a proper workout according to your consumption then the fat is digested; otherwise it is stored in the form of fat and hence weight start gaining and leads to obesity.
- Make a diet chart and follow it, you may include in that oat, soups, cornflakes, fruits as much as you can take. Whenever you feel hungry just go for cucumber, oranges, kiwi etc. Don’t eat banana and apple as they help in gaining weight not losing weight. Take vitamin C as much as you can take.
- Lemon is an incredible thing which helps in losing weight so fast. What you have to do is: in the morning take some normal water boil it just for a while then add some lemon juice and honey, stir it and have it daily in the morning. It will decrease the excess fat of your body.
- Have green tea: green tea have some Ayurveda ingredients which increase the metabolism of the body and it also reduces stress and tension. It also helps in reducing the weight faster. The best time to drink green tea is at night. Don’t drink green tea on a daily basis because it creates more heat in the body which is not good for the health.
- Eat salad when you feel hungry. It is normal that even after breakfast and two times of meal you feel hungry and then go for snacks. This is the thing you have to stop. You can’t stop the hunger so at that time eat fruits and salad. In salad you may eat anything tomato, cucumber. Try to eat the things which are more watery because it will stop your hunger instantly and you will not be able to eat much. For example watermelon, cucumber, melon. These are the best things to eat at the times between the meals time.
- Cabbage is a wonderful vegetable; you can lose weight very fast by having this vegetable. It has lot of minerals and ions in it. You can eat it as salad or make a soup of cabbage and spinach with some black pepper and salt.
- Have light food at night and try to have dinner before 8. It also helps in reducing weight.
- Avoid chocolates, toffee.
(3.) WALK, EXERCISE AND YOGA :-
- Morning walk must be a priority to you if you really want to lose weight. Not only for those who want to lose weight but morning walk is necessary for each and every person to stay healthy. You get fresh air and your mind gets peace and calm which is a must for everyone.
- You don’t have to exercise for the whole day just give 15 minutes in the morning, simple jogging you can do which will help out to reduce the whole body weight.
- Yoga; yes it is the key to lose your body weight. Yoga helps to lose weight faster than anything. Even it helps in curing many of the diseases and helps to fight with them.
- Walk as much as you can, don’t sit for a long time in front of television, computers etc. It increases belly fat. Avoid vehicles for small distance, if you have to go for a distance which is 2-3 km faraway then go by foot.
(4.) AVOID STRESS AND TENSION :-
Stress and tension are also main cause of increasing weight, so try to
meditate. Meditation releases the stress and relaxes mind and your whole body
goes in peace.
